1-2-1 Coaching & Drop-in Clinic
Our weekly 15-minute 1-2-1 sessions will help you keep focused and on track to achieve your weight loss goals. As a diet coach I will be there (via WhatsApp) throughout the week to help clarify your plan. You may have questions about what food to eat or what portion size should you have of certain foods; I will be able to answer those queries to.
With the aid of a daily food plan we can review your week and highlight any areas that need to be worked on. Each week we will also take measurements to show where your weight loss is taking effect.
When a weekly 1-2-1 session doesn’t fit into your busy schedule I am here on a Saturday morning to offer a drop in clinic where we can just focus on measurements and goal setting.
